Fortunate to have collaborated with many brilliant minds, I've gained invaluable insights and fostered a deep sense of gratitude. Now, while continuing to navigate the dynamic business landscape, I feel a compelling desire to give back.

My Reflection on My Journey With the Coaching School
It has been like stepping into a world of vibrant colors.
As John Withmore says, “Everyone has their own particular path and what we can do is help people to discover what their own path is, by asking them challenging questions and asking them probably questions that they haven’t thought of themselves”. That's what coaching is about.
I want to say a big thank you to Coach and Guide Giovanna Giuffredi, my school mates and those special people that have been silently, closely, supporting me. Thank you for showing me colors I couldn't see before.
This 10 min. video is the final assignment that the school asked us to prepare at the end of the master.
